1. Request a free in-home consultation online, or call 1-877-477-9090. A pre-screened, independent installer will contact you to schedule a convenient consultation appointment.
2. The independent installer will bring stone samples to your home for the consultation appointment, take accurate measurements and provide you with a detailed estimate.
3. Once you are ready to order your natural stone product, you will approve the order and sign an installation contract and make your online product payment through Costco.com.
4. Upon receipt of your product payment and once the natural stone ships, the installer will contact you to schedule the installation.
5. Inspect your stone carefully upon delivery, and contact Trusted Home Services if any of the stone is damaged, or if you have any concerns regarding the product.
6. Once your natural stone is installed, and you are satisfied with the work completed, payment for the installation can be made online through www.TrustedHomeServices.com/payments.asp. Call 1-877-477-9090 with any questions or issues.

Professional Installation Includes:

• Pre-installation measurements and site inspection
• Installation of natural stone tile, molding and/or trim
• Clean-up of job site

Proper care for your natural stone will extend the life of your stone, and keep it looking great for years to come. Stone is a naturally porous material, and can stain if not properly sealed. If applicable, your installer will seal your natural stone tile prior to grouting.

The type of stone you choose, may require special care and maintenance. Be sure to speak with your installer for maintenance and care recommendations.

• Never use abrasive cleaners with pumice or steel wool pads to clean stone.
• Stone cleaners are available. If a stone cleaner is not used, then wash with non-acid, ammonia-free dish soap.
• Apply a sealer before and after installation in order to limit the possibility of staining. It is recommended that you reseal every six to twelve months.
