SPECIAL ORDER
Natural Stone Collections is a special order product that CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once your order is placed and CAN NOT BE RETURNED, except for damaged or defective product claims. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within three business days from the date the Product Payment is made through Costco.com. No changes (such as color or sizes) can be made after the three day rescission period has expired.

COLOR VARIATIONS
Natural stone products are mined and cut from natural formations. Because these products are not subject to a manufacturing process, quality guarantees are limited to the specified representations in product literature and guidelines established by the Marble Institute of America. Natural Stone Collections does not guarantee natural stone products for shade, size, thickness, warping, cleft variations, surface finish variations, or other natural defects on stone products. Fissures, pit areas, and veining are all natural occurrences in stone and add to its aesthetic.

INSPECT ALL PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT
All stone should be unpacked and inspected prior to installation, INCLUDING A DRY SET AND BLENDING, as claims for variation in any stone after install are not accepted. Visual defects or non-conformities apparent must be reported to Trusted Home Services® prior to installation. Damaged goods need to be noted on original bill of lading delivery receipt and initialed by driver and customer. Failure to do so will void guarantee.

Natural Stone Collections does not warrant product installations that violate building codes.

Customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse is not covered by this guarantee. Installation AND GROUTING defects are not covered by this guarantee.

CLAIM EXPIRATION
All damage or product claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any claim within 30 days of defect discovery and prior to installation will void this guarantee.

SAMPLES AND ADDITIONAL ORDERS (ADD ON’S)
The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample shown. Samples may not be representative of the entire order. Photographic color images may not be an exact product match.

The purchaser acknowledges that additional stone ordered at a later date can be more costly and cannot be guaranteed to match the original stone.
