Ordering Wood Flooring Through www.Costco.com
A&W Wood Flooring is only available through www.Costco.com with professional installation by a Trusted Home Services® Program Affiliate.
- Request a free in-home consultation. Fill out a consultation request online, or call 1-877-477-9090. A convenient appointment time will be scheduled with a pre-screened, independent installer.
- In-home consultation. An independent installer will bring flooring samples to your home for the consultation appointment, take accurate measurements and provide you with a detailed estimate.
- Sign installation contract with your independent installer and purchase your flooring through Costco.com. Once you are ready to proceed with your flooring purchase and installation, you will order your flooring product and sign an installation contract with your installation company.
- Schedule installation appointment. Your installer will contact you to schedule the installation once your flooring purchase has been paid for and has been delivered to your home.

Free home delivery. Your A&W flooring purchase through Costco.com includes home delivery. Your order will be delivered to the first covered area at your home. The carrier is not responsible for bringing the merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. View Details.
Inspect your flooring carefully upon delivery, and contact Trusted Home Services if any of the product is damaged, or if you have any concerns regarding the product.
Your flooring will need to be in your home for a minimum of 4 days prior to installation for proper acclimation. Windows and doors must be closed. Your air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems must be running for at least one week prior to the installation date with temperatures between 65ºF and 75ºF and indoor humidity 35% to 55%. The independent installer will complete a moisture test prior to installing all wood flooring.
- Installation and project completion. Once your flooring is installed, and you are satisfied with the work completed, payment for the installation can be made online through www.TrustedHomeServices.com/payments.asp. Call 1-877-477-9090 with any questions or issues.
Professional Installation Includes:
- Pre-installation measurements and site inspection
- Installation of hardwood flooring, molding and/or trim
- Clean-up of job site
HOW MUCH FLOORING WILL I NEED?
Flooring is sold by the box, or multiples, so your actual square footage will be rounded up to the nearest carton. Additionally, all hard surface flooring requires a percent of waste to be added for installation. The percentages vary depending on how much material you are having installed and will also vary based on the type of product selected (natural hardwoods generally require a greater factor than man-made laminate), conditions specific to your home, and the type of installation desired.
Trusted Home Services Approved Affiliates are reliable independent professionals who will provide you with a written estimate that reflects the materials needed for your specific application. On average, your independent installer will allow for at least a 10% overage in flooring material.

All A&W flooring products are special order for each Costco Member. All sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
